Moyo Ogunseinde is a Nigerian architect, real estate developer and hospitality entrepreneur. She is the founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of Club Concierge Africa, a travel and hospitality group.[1][2] Earlier in her career she was an executive director of Uraga Real Estate, a member of the Honeywell Group, where she led the development of the Upbeat Recreation Centre in Lagos, described in the Nigerian press as West Africa's first trampoline park.[3][4] She served as chair of the Lagos State Gymnastics Association from 2018.[5][6]

Early life and education

Ogunseinde was born in Ibadan and has cited the city's markets, colours and cultural life as an influence on her later design work.[7] She trained as an architect at University College London and later undertook executive education at Harvard Business School.[1] She is a chartered architect and has described her career as spanning architecture, real estate development and hospitality.[8]

Career

Architecture and real estate

Ogunseinde began her career in architecture before moving into real estate development in Nigeria.[8] She became an executive director of Uraga Real Estate Limited, a member of the Honeywell Group, contributing to design, land acquisition and planning; the company reports her experience spans more than eighteen years.[8][9]

Upbeat Recreation Centre

As an executive director of Uraga Real Estate, Ogunseinde led the development of the Upbeat Recreation Centre, a multi-purpose leisure facility on Admiralty Road, Lekki, which opened in 2017 and was reported in the Nigerian media as West Africa's first trampoline park.[3][4] The centre, an initiative of Uraga Real Estate, was positioned as a family fitness and entertainment venue aimed at Nigeria's young population.[10][4]

Aga Culture

In 2017 Ogunseinde founded Aga Culture, an African lifestyle and design brand based in Lagos, and serves as its creative director.[7][11] The name derives from the Yoruba word àga, meaning a chair or functional object.[12] The brand produces clothing, furniture and homeware that combine Yoruba and wider African traditions with a contemporary, minimalist aesthetic, and emphasises slow fashion and ethically sourced materials such as Adire cotton and linen.[7][11] Its work has included the AADA clothing collection and participation in design exhibitions.[7][13]

Hospitality

Ogunseinde has held roles in the Nigerian hospitality sector, including on the board of Anchorage Leisures Limited and at Wavecrest College of Hospitality, and is associated with the development of the Radisson Blu Anchorage Hotel in Lagos.[9][14] In a 2022 interview she argued that Nigeria could develop world-class tourism by investing in local infrastructure and emphasised local content in the hotel's operations, art and food sourcing.[9] She serves as a director of the Radisson Blu Anchorage Hotel, Lagos.[1] In 2025 she was included in a Nigerian trade listing of "Top 100 Women in Hospitality".[15][better source needed]
