Mr. Tumnus is a faun from a magic place called Narnia. He took a little girl to his house, and drugged her, and then told her about the evil White Witch. Who told him to kidnap a Daughter of Eve (a girl) or a Son of Adam (a boy) and hand them over, he then helps Lucy escape. While Lucy in on the Earth he is kidnapped and turned into stone. He isn't freed until the end of the movie.
