As of the year 2013, MPK-220 "Vladimirets" was outside the military composition of the RF Navy, but until 2014 it was listed in the lists of Black Sea Fleet. The order of the commander of the BSF of 9 February 2016 transferred from the category "weapons and military equipment" to the category "Military equipment".
According to information that appeared in October 2014, the "More" Feodosia Plant factory may be able to build for the Russian navy a high-readiness two unfinished MPK of the Sokol Project (vessels work 503 and 504), which has been sent to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
