Muskaan Khubchandani is an Indian model and actress who works in Hindi and Telugu-language films.

Early life[edit]

After she graduated from Delhi University, she pursued her passion of becoming a model. She has appeared in advertisements before starring in films.[2] She is also a trained kathak dancer.[1]

Career[edit]

While she was completing her MBA, she was offered a supporting role in the Bollywood film Veere Di Wedding (2018), which was a success upon release.[1][2] When cinematographer Sudhakar Reddy Yakkanti saw her at a event, he recommended her as the lead actress for the Telugu film George Reddy (2019) to the director, B. Jeevan Reddy. She was subsequently signed for the role after auditioning. In the film she played the roles of Maya, a character set in the 1960s, and Muskaan, a New York University student from 2019.[2][3][4] Director Raghava Lawrence saw Muskaan's pictures online and shortlisted the actress for a role in Laaxmi Bomb before calling her in for an audition.[1][2]
