The software runs on a web browser and/or mobile phone. Their business motto is “Easiest to use. Manages compliance. Saves you money”.

History
Based in Morro Bay, California myEtimecard was founded by entrepreneurs David Hergenroeder and Trevor Smith in 2015 to support their quickly growing Janitorial company. This tech solution was created out of necessity for tracking, management, streamlining payroll and meal period compliance among their mobile employee base. They used the product internally as its development continued. They engaged with their first outside client on September 2017. Both growth and development continued while in beta and the product is set to commercially hard launch before the end of 2018.

Product
The myEtimecard software focuses on being a user friendly solution. Easy setup and a simple, intuitive dashboard. The system is specifically designed for California labor law compliance, however the settings can be changed to accommodate other state compliance requirements. Overtime and meal breaks are automatically calculated. It also eliminates wage theft, time card collection, hours queries from employees, manual calculations and time rounding.
