Myat Nyan (Burmese: ျမတ္ဥာဏ္) is the first oral implantologist who opens the first dental implant center in Myanmar. Myat Nyan was born in Taunggyi, Myanmar. He served as a senior lecturer in University of Dental Medicine, Yangon and is serving as an associate professor in University of Dental Medicine, Mandalay. In 2011, he received a Ph.D degree from Tokyo Medical and Dental University.[1] He is also the author of a dental health education book 'Beautiful Teeth, Clean Mouth, Sweet Mind'.[2]
