Myer Centrepoint is a shopping centre in Albury on the New South Wales side of the Murray River in Australia. It has over 60+ specialty stories, a Safeway and a two level Myer. The shopping centre is focused around fashion boutiques and cafes. Main retailers to feature are Beechworth Bakery, Athletes Foot, Bakers Delight and a Hairhouse warehouse. Formerly it was known as Myer City Centre on the Myer side of the centre, and Centrepoint on the other side, but once the centre was redeveloped, they merged into the one banner Myer Centrepoint.
Redevelopment[edit]
In 2010, over $2 million was spent upgrading Myer Centrepoint. New travelators were installed in front of the Myer and the Gloria Jean's Coffees was shrunken to fit next to it. A key change is the complete removal of the pedestrian ramp to the car park, Witchery now occupies the space. Following the completion of the work several new stores have opened including Boost Juice, Spend-less shoes, TEMT, Factorie, Go sushi and a Hume Bank branch.[1]
