Mytikas ( Greek: Μύτικας) is a village on the Ionian Coast of the prefecture of Aetolia-Akarnania, west of Greece.[1] It is situated opposite the island of Kalamos. It had 759 inhabitants according to the 2011 Greek population census. It is close to the ruins of ancient Alyzeia (which can be found a small distance further inland, in Kandila village). As a coastal settlement, in recent years it has been developing as a tourist destination.
