ABDULHADI AHMAD KANAKERY - Sheikh Imam Dr. ABDULHADI AHMAD KANAKERY, the well known Qur'án reciter, was born in Damascus in 1956, Indoctrinated the Islamic principles and memorized the Holy Qur'án at young age, and legitimized by his father; the head judge. Ahmed Kanakery and other scholar. - Graduated in the Faculty of Islamic studies, and Arabic language, University of Belad Al-Sham, Damascus 1980. Faculty of Islamic Studies of and obtained a bachelor's degree in Islamic studies and Arabic language and then obtained a master's degree in Qur'ánic Quira'át, in 1980.

- Received his doctorate in Islamic studies and the Qur'án sciences, from the Islamic University of Pakistan 1985. - In 1985, the official radio in Saudi Arabia requested him, upon instructions from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz, to record a complete Album of the Holy Qur'án, to be broadcast on the Holy Qur'án Radio in its daily programs. - His superb recitation of the Qur'án is characterized by mastery, clarity, serenity, and astonishing deep breath. - In 1980, he worked in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a master of Islamic studies and Arabic language for some Islamic institutions in Riyadh, Dhahran, and other cities of the Kingdom. Simultaneously, he accomplished his post graduate studies while the Radio of the Holy Qur'án was broadcasting his featured recitation recording worldwide. - In 1990, he served as the Head of Islamic, Arabic and Qur'ánic Studies at Prince Sultan Military College of Health Sciences in Dhahran until now.

- His eminence taught The Qur'án to thousands of students and scholars, many of them are well known worldwide nowadays. He has also served as a consultant for religious affairs and the head Imam of the Saudi Arabian Oil Company, most popularly known just as Aramco, based in Dhahran.

- He was the Imam of the Grand Mosque of Dhahran and the Imam of Abu Bakr Al Siddiq Mosque in Dhahran City, within the headquarters of Saudi Aramco, as well as the Imam of some mosques in the Gulf countries, and Islamic centers in Western countries, in the Taraweeh prayers and in Ramadan. - He participated in the arbitration of a number of Qur'án competitions in the Islamic countries as well as participating as a guest in a number of television programs that teach reading and recitation of the Holy Qur'án.
