Events[edit]
There are numerous events hosted by the club throughout the year. Here is a list of some of them:
- NJACK Winter of Code : NWoC is an initiative by Open-source Department of NJACK, IIT Patna for the students, who have never participated in Free and open-source software development before, to get them involved during the winter vacations and break the ice of Open-source contributions.
- CTF : Wargame (hacking) Capture the Flag, a cyber-security challenge and mind sport in which the competitors must exploit or defend a vulnerability in a system or application, or gain or prevent access to a computer system.[2]
- ByteRace : A Competitive programming contest hosted on CodeChef during Anwesha and Celesta, the two major festivals of IIT Patna.[3]
- NJATH : Not Just Another Treasure Hunt is an online cryptic Treasure hunt (game) treasure hunt hosted as pre-fest events spread over several days.
