New Years Golden Series was a tour of professional wrestling events produced by New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), which was held from January 20 until February 20, 2022, and was broadcast live on New Japan Pro-Wrestling World.[1]
Storylines[edit]
New Years Golden Series featured professional wrestling matches that involved different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds and storylines. Wrestlers portrayed villains, heroes, or less distinguishable characters in the scripted events that built tension and culminated in a wrestling match or series of matches.[2]
