NORCO Composites & GRP is a British Composites manufacturer based in Poole, United Kingdom.[4][5] NORCO is known for providing composite tooling and lightweight composite structure applications to major construction companies throughout the UK and Europe.[6][7] In 2015, the company was granted ISO-9001, ISO 14001 Accreditation.

History

NORCO was founded by Bill & Pauline Northey in 1985, with a goal to provide pattern work and fabricated plastic tanks to the local market. NORCO quickly became the chosen mould maker for local boat builder Sunseeker. Later, in 1995, Mark Northey took control of the business. In 2013, the company was divided into two business units with a holding company.[8][9] Norco has worked within the defence sector and developed high-tolerance satellite dishes.[10]

In 2018, the company launched a dedicated Composites facility with an extended service area of 13,000 square feet.[11]

Notable acquisitions

In 2016, NORCO acquired C&B Composites. The acquisition saw all of C&B's equipment and personnel consolidated to NORCO’s Holton Health site.[12][13]
