«NOVAAGRO LIMITED» company is constantly engaged in investment into agricultural projects. In 2010, according to the permission of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, the company carried out the transaction on sale of the corporate rights of the Ukrainian agricultural enterprises "Ukraine Nova" with a land bank of 18 thousand hectares of the earth to the American investment fund «SigmaBleyzer». In 2011, with the assistance of the «NOVAAGRO LIMITED» company, «Agrosvit» LLC was established, where «NOVAAGRO LIMITED» company became the shareholder. In 2016, the «Agrosvit» LLC elimination procedure was begun.

In 2016, «NOVAAGRO LIMITED» company, after coordination with Antimonopoly committee^[2], concluded the bargain with the Renaisco B.V. company (Rotterdam, the Netherlands) – an affiliated structure of the Swiss raw trader of Glencore International about purchase of four elevators - Ltd «Borova-Agro» (Kharkov Region), Ltd «Troitskoe-Agro», Ltd «Rubizhnoe-Agro» (both from Lugansk Region), Ltd «Lebedinsky Grain-Receiving Enterprise» (Sumy Region). However, the transaction wasn't completed as two of four elevators are in the Luhansk region, near a front line, that became the reason for cancellation of the contract.

Today «NOVAAGRO LIMITED» company owns a number of companies in Ukraine. In particular, «Novaagro Ukraine», «Novaagro» Trading house, agrarian and industrial complex «Novaagro», «Novakorm», and also the company on management of assets of «DIKW-L».
