The CAWS cyber protection platform is a continuous cyber security monitoring product by NSS Labs that assesses risk and predicts the likelihood of a cyber security compromise, launched in March 2015.[3] CAWS uses three cloud-based components in its operation – exploit harvesting, exploit relay, and the CAWS application portal to validate a cyber threat. When a cyber threat is validated, CAWS works to mitigate the threat with a cyber kill chain.
