Script error: No such module "AfC submission catcheck". NTS-KEM is a candidate quantum-proof cryptographic code algorithm, submitted to the NIST Post-Quantum Cryptography Competition. The name is an acronym for "Never The Same - Key Encapsulation Mechanism". It was co-published by students from the University of London and staff from Post Quantum Ltd.
