Naser Attapour was born in 1355 in Tabriz city from iran. Since childhood, the pleasant voice of his mother has been the driving force for him to sing, and he has also inherited playing the qawal (circle) from his mother. From the age of 12, he started performing artistic programs in the music and hymn group of the school, and since 1367, he has been a member of the children and adolescents of East Azerbaijan Radio and Television and has participated in programs made for children and adolescents. In 1371, he was selected as the first in the student art competition in East Azarbaijan province. After that, in 1372, he was recognized as the best soloist in the art festival of students all over the country in Kermanshah.

Since 1998, he has been introduced to Azerbaijani music in the music school of Hassan Demirchi, and after that in 1992, he has performed many concerts in most cities of Iran as a soloist in the youth orchestra of the music school of the late master Mahmoud Shatrian.

After that, he got acquainted with Azerbaijan's Mughamat under the professor Nemat Javanshir and Zinda Yad Ali Javadpour, and from 1374 to 1376, he worked as a soloist in the youth and youth orchestra of East Azerbaijan Broadcasting Center. Also, in the same years, he worked in the adult orchestra of the mentioned center as a soloist, under the supervision of Bijan Sheikh Bagheri. Since 2004, by going to the Republic of Azerbaijan and the city of Baku in the National Conservatory of Azerbaijan, under the guidance of world-renowned and prominent Mugham masters, Professor Arif Babayev and Ghazanfar Abbasov, he got acquainted with the hidden secrets of Mughamat and at the same time from other prominent professors Like Jan Ali Akbaraf, Ali Baba Mamed F, Agha Khan Abdullah Yev, Alim Qasim F and Firoz Sakhawat, he has covered the Moghamat and musical ranks of Azerbaijan. In 2006, he became a member of the top group by winning the third place in the Mogham (Maqam) television competition. In 2014, he took many effective steps in the education of the young generation of music by establishing the Attapur Music Academy. It has been done in Iran. In 2014, his 11-year-old student named Artan Farbakhti took third place in the 7th International Children's Mogham Competition, and in 2015, his 15-year-old student named Sasan Alizadeh took 8th place.

In 2016, his 13-year-old student Mehrab Sarbari won first place in the 9th International Children's Mugham Competition, and in 2017, in the second international "Talent" festival in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, with four new participants and with a hundred Among 14 countries, Deniz Sadri won the second place, Tihli Attapour the third place, Artan Farbakhti the third place, and Mihrab Sarbari the third place among 14 countries. And in 2016, his 24-year-old student named Majid Asri won the third place in the 6th Mugham television competition in Baku. Also, from 1391 to 1396, his students Mikael Mohammadpour, Ramin Hempa, Dashat Abdoli, Jafar Nakhu, Pedram Ranjbar and Naser Eslami won the first to third positions in Mogham competitions in the country at the national level.In 1391, he founded the Mogham music group, which consists of prominent Azerbaijani musicians, and has held more than 50 domestic and foreign concerts.[1]
