Nathan Scroggins (born October 13, 1974) is an American-born evangelical Christian pastor, and CEO of SoulcareOnline.com. He has been the counseling and care pastor of Gospel City Church in Granger, Indiana since 2015. He is the son of Tom Scroggins and Sue Phillips. He is in charge of the Gospel City Care teams ministry and the Biblical Soul Care Ministry. He is dedicated to his family and makes a point to show them he loves them each day.[1] On the side, he runs SoulcareOnline.com, a web service for managing counseling cases in the local church. [2]
