The National Orchestral Institute + Festival (NOI+F) "bold" is a summer orchestral music training program for students ages 18 - 30 in College Park, Maryland. NOI+F is a program of the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center at the University of Maryland and is held on the campus of the University of Maryland, College Park.
