Lux Thomas Lux known professionally as Navia Lx is a South Sudanese rapper.[1][2][3] He is the fastest rising rapper in South Sudan and East Africa.[4][5][6]
Early life and education
Lux Thomas Lux was born in 2002 in Sudan.[7] He was born to Thomas Luis Lux Father and Rose Venusto Mother. He attended Hai Malakal for his Primary Education and Juba Technical secondary school for his ordinary level Secondary Education.[8]
When he was 16 he joined a Choir in St. Theresa Cathedral, Juba where he eventually decided to get a stage name of Navia Lx.
Personal life
Navia Lx was in a relationship with journalist and radio presenter Rita James before they split in April 2020.[9]
Career
When he was 18, he joined Hip hop music Group Priceless Kingdom Music x Young Los x Dr Majok x King Demo and Dr Majok helped him to record his first song 'You're Mine'.[10]
He later joined producer lolly beat master in Hardline Records based group called Panda Nation. Navia Lx’s writing and composing talent got him meet with top South Sudan music competitors Silver X,WJ De King,Slate Nation,Hardlife Avenue Stars,Dynamq,Yaba Angelosi and more other upcoming South Sudanese Artist.[11]
