Synopsis[edit]
Cyril lives in council housing with his parents and his little sister Violette, until the day his father inherits a distant uncle's old manor. Their new home is beautiful and overwhelmingly big, with its dozen bedrooms and wooded park. However, at night, there is a strange knocking sound above Cyril's bedroom that keeps him awake. Soon, he and his sister begin to discover things: a statue of a young girl in a clearing, a pink bedroom which had been boarded up, and a doll which Violette unearths at the feet of the statue. As his sister's behaviour becomes stranger and stranger, Cyril starts to suspect that something evil is at work.[1]
