Neil appears to be an Amos & Andy inspired character, he wears a light grey fedora with a thin grey band and a very dark skin tone, compared to Silas, and a navy blue tailcoat with matching lapels that are black at the top, and under the coat, he wears a green vest, a standard white dress shirt with a dark blue tie, and matching pants with Castleton green socks and black shoes with single-buttoned white spats.
