Job Satisfaction in the customer service industry.

A lot of retail workers on a daily basis make a difference in our lives if it's helping us find what we need, or keeping our local store clean sanitized & all the merchandise properly organized & in the proper place. but that's not all all of these workers work very long hours on their feet, doing back-breaking work and usually getting no appreciation for their hard work & dedication, a lot of these workers are on minimum wage & doing numerous peoples jobs throughout their shift, and they still put a smile on their face & are friendly & helpful to us customers every day, even when someone treats them very badly, uses profanity, sometimes even goes to hurting them & assaulting them by hitting them or throwing things at them these workers deal with daily abuse from mean & rude & disrespectful customers that don't like that the store is out of a certain pasta or certain bag of chips so they take their anger out on the workers when it isn't even their fault. treating retail workers working in customer service with respect, dignity, empathy, being friendly & good decent human beings, can make an incredible difference in their daily lives & yours. positivity towards others makes all of our lives better & happier.
