A Neovagina is an elastic canal located between the bladder and rectum in Transsexual Females. The surgical procedure used to create a neovagina is called a Vaginoplasty. The average depth for a neovagina is 15 cm (6 inches), with a range of 12-16cm (5-6.5 inches)[1]
