Egyptian Railway Industries Company (NERIC) is a private joint-venture company formed by a group of Egyptian companies in partnership with Governmental entities.[1][2]

- East Port Said Development (16%).
- Hassan Allam Holding (15%).
- Orascom Construction (15%).
- Samcrete Indian Investment (15%).[3]

- General Authority for Economic Development of the Suez Canal. (12%).
- The Sovereign Fund of Egypt (12%).
Company factories[edit]
The company complex includes three factories:
- A factory for the rehabilitation of dilapidated electric trains with a production capacity of 125 units per year.[4]
- Metro car factory with a capacity of 150 cars per year.[5]
- Light rail car factory with a capacity of 150 cars per year.[6]
