Network Distributing (formerly Network/Network DVD, founded in 1997) is a British-based video and film publishing company specialising is re-releasing British television programmes and films. The company holds the rights to a number of archive British programmes, predominantly from ITV, but also a limited number belonging to the BBC and Channel 4. The company currently has a library of 3,000 unique film and TV properties. Network Distribution also releases digitally remastered versions of films into cinemas.[1]

In 2004 Network signed an output deal with Granada Ventures, giving the company the rights to release all non-core ITV brands on DVD in the UK (incorporating the Granada, Carlton, ITC Entertainment, Central, HTV, LWT, Yorkshire, Anglia and Tyne Tees libraries). At the same time Network sourced its sales function to Fremantle. In return Network acquired the DVD rights to the Fremantle library, which includes the Thames Television library.

In 2012 Network Distributing acquired the rights to 450 films from the StudioCanal library.[2]

In 2017 Network Distributing signed an agreement to release US sales company Visit Films on physical media.[3]

Network Distributing has become known for remastering and releasing TV series (for example The Prisoner) with extensive special features.[4]
