The New Castle County Council is a county government agency that serves as the legislative branch of New Castle County, Delaware. The council includes 13 elected members, including a council president.[1] The council is tasked with drafting laws and managing county government services, public health ordinances, land use, transportation, and zoning.[2][3][4]
