News Round The Clock (NRTC) which was formerly known and referred to as Nigeria Round The Clock[1] is a Nigerian based news and digital media platform headquartered in Lagos. It is owned by Luxilla Media [2] and was founded in the year 2012 on Facebook as a page that mainly disseminated latest news emanating from Nigeria; to an audience comprising mostly of Nigerians at home and in diaspora. News Round the Clock continued to publish and post news only on their social media platforms until June 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, that their website [3] was officially launched. News Round The Clock turned ten in 2022 and as part of the celebration, the online news site unveiled a 60-Day internship programme specifically targeted at providing work experience for ten undergraduate Nigerian students [4]. The aim of the internship programme was to empower beneficiaries to develop their skills [5]and improve their performance in the fields of journalism and mass media.
