Nheira (real name Kai Akaresh) is a manga artist and musician renowned for his contributions to visual kei. Raised in Germany, Nheira has also lived in Japan and Germany, blending diverse cultural influences into his work.[1]
Career
Nheira began his career as a mangaka and illustrator at a young age, with his works published in Japan, the USA, Germany, and France.[2][3][4] While he was active as a model from 2007 to 2012 for Japanese fashion brands, he transitioned to focusing on his own manga and assisting the Japanese mangaka Himekawa Akira with their publications.[5] His sceneries range from fantasy to realistic settings infused with psychological depth.[6]
Since 2020, he has been active as the guitarist of Coagula alongside Show.[7][8]

Kai Akaresh, professionally known as Nheira, was born in Hamburg, Germany.[2]
