NiagaraGives
NiagaraGives (est. June 2021) is a Canadian unincorporated civic and social organization operating within the twelve municipalities of the Niagara Region. It is also the official Niagara arm of the global GivingTuesday organization, operating in conjunction with GivingTuesday Canada.

Objectives
The main mission and objective of NiagaraGives is:
• to promote generosity and volunteerism within the community
• to encourage charitable donations to partner organizations and charities in general
• to advocate for social and political change when needed and for the benefit of the community
Activities
Advocacy
As an organization, NiagaraGives advocates for positive social and political change, and spreads public awareness on a wide range of issues, including the demarcation of Residential School Remembrance Week, which began on Orange Shirt Day in the City of Niagara Falls.[1][2]
Public Awareness & Solidarity
The organization routinely hosts public awareness and solidarity campaigns, such as various GivingTuesday-themed illuminations[3][4][5][6] and actions in solidarity with Ukraine[7][8], and Türkiye and Syria[9]
