Nick Annas (born 25 November 2005)[1] is an Australian actor.[2][3] most commonly known for his role in ABC Original series Soundtrack to Our Teenage Zombie Apocalypse[4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11]. Annas has worked on multiple films, television series, and stage plays. Annas recently appeared in HBO's The Tourist, in role of Young Kosta.[12]

Early Life[edit]

Annas was born in Sydney, Australia, to a family of Greek, Maltese, and Australian descent. He attends performing arts school, The McDonald College.[13]

Career[edit]

Nick Annas made his acting debut in ABC Australia's Fresh Blood in 2015. He later starred 5 other films that year. His third project, MUSCLES appeared in the 3rd Annual Geek Fest Toronto[14], Sydney Indie Film Festival[15], The She Shot International Film Festival and Byron Bay Film Festival[16]

In 2016, Annas continued his career starring in 8 projects including working with highly acclaimed photographer Gina Milicia, as an ambassador for clothing line 'Love Revolution'[17]. That year he also featured in the short film Three:30 which was featured in Sydney Underground Film Festival.

In 2017, Annas starred in 4 short films, 2 stage plays and continued his work on ABC Australia's Fresh Blood, starring in Fresh Blood 2's Freudian Nip 'Mum Rap'.

In 2018, Annas was credited in 2 commercials and 1 modelling project[1]

In 2019, Annas was credited in 4 short films, the ABC TV series Nightwalkers[18], and was a part of a national climate change campaign for GetUp! called 'Time for the Talk'.[1]

In 2020, Annas worked on his first feature film, Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway, the sequel to Peter Rabbit based on the stories of Peter Rabbit created by Beatrix Potter. The cinematic release of the major motion picture was due in UK cinemas on 27 March, and the US a week later, however was pushed back to the 15th of January 2021 due to the global Coronavirus pandemic. In this year, Nick also worked on a short film, two commercials, and a television show.[1]

In 2022, Annas guest starred in HBO's The Tourist, in the role of Young Kosta. Annas also appeared in Shudder's Scare Package II: Rad Chad's Revenge.[12], and ABC's Soundtrack to Our Teenage Zombie Apocalypse[4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][19]
