Nick Bare
Nick Bare (born on August 1, 1990) is an American YouTuber, author, and entrepreneur.[1] He is the CEO of Bare Performance Nutrition, founder of Embrace The Suck Training Program, and host of The Bare Performance podcast. [2][3]
Early Life
Nick grew up in Palmyra, Pennsylvania, United States. [4]. He attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Nick first became interested in sports supplements after studying nutrition at school. His first business was selling pre-workout supplements from his college dorm room to his classmates. [5] At the same time, Nick was also in The Reserve Officer Training Corps.[6].
Nick enlisted in the US Army as an Infantry Officer in May of 2013. He finished his Infantry Officer Course, Ranger School, and Airborne School during his first year of service at Fort Benning, Georgia. He was later assigned to Fort Hood, Texas, as an Infantry Platoon Leader.[7] Nick dropped out in 2017 to fully focus on Bare Performance Nutrition (BPN).[8]
Career
During his time in the US military, Nick got a loan worth $25,000 to start his company, Bare Performance Nutrition (BPN), in 2012. While serving active duty, Nick launched his first two products: BPN Flight and Intra-Flight.[9][10] To increase sales, Nick started building his social media profile. [11][12]
Nick worked in the US military from 2013 to 2017, eventually leaving the Army to pursue entrepreneurship full-time and now owning a multimillion-dollar company and competes in a variety of athletic competitions.[13][14]
Personal Life
On 28 January 2020, Nick published 25 Hours a Day: Going One More to Get What You Want, and was interviewed on Fox News.[15][16]
Nick currently lives in Austin, Texas with his two dogs and wife, Stephany Bare.[17]
Nick loves bodybuilding, running, and competing in sporting events.[18]
