Nick Jr. (Brazil)
Nick Jr. is a cable television channel in Latin America owned by Viacom subsidiary Viacom International Media Networks The Americas and aimed.[citation needed]
Currently, the Nick Jr. channel features the same programming as the Nick Jr. block on Nickelodeon, as well as some shows previously seen on the block and Team Umizoomi.[citation needed]

Nick Jr. Latin America was originally a block on Nickelodeon Latin America, lasting from 2001 to 2007. Like the American version, Nick Jr's mascot was Cara instead of Face (Cara is Portuguese/Spanish word for Face).[citation needed]
In 2008, Viacom declared a 24/7 channel for preschoolers in Spanish. It was called Nick Jr.[1]
