From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Nigerian Network Operators Group (ngNOG) is an operational and educational non-governmental forum, for cooperation and the exchange of technical information between operators of internet-connected networks in Nigeria.

It provides forums for Internet network operators to discuss matters of mutual interest, usually through a combination of workshops and annual conferences. Members of ngNOG are influential members of the Internet service provider (ISP), mobile network operators, Nigeria communication corporation, operational security community, Domain Name System (DNS) and root zone operations, and other network operations communities, and discussions within these groups are often influential in the overall process of ensuring the Internet remains operational, robust, secure, and stable.
