Nikhil Sharma, (Hindi: निखिल शर्मा) known as 'Mumbiker Nikhil,' started making videos on YouTube in 2013. He was one of the first Indian YouTubers to create popular content about cars and bikes. He is one of the most popular and beloved vloggers in India, and his videos made him famous quickly, and he now has almost 4.06 million subscribers on YouTube and 1.4 million followers on Instagram.[1]
Later on, Nikhil also started his own clothing brand called 'Label MN,' which is sold on a website. They sell things like hoodies and masks.
Early Life and Personal Life[edit]
Nikhil Sharma was born in Mumbai, India, on November 4, 1991. His dad, Anil Kumar Sharma, owned a movie theater and was a manager, but he passed away in 2012. Nikhil's mom is a homemaker, and he has a younger sister who is a graphic designer.
They all live together in Mumbai. Nikhil went to Rizvi Institute of Management Studies and Research in Mumbai, where he graduated in Hotel Management.[2]
Career[edit]
Before becoming famous, Nikhil worked as a flight attendant for Qatar Airways in Doha, Qatar, from 2007. Nikhil started making vlogs in June 2013, and what made him different from other vloggers was that he traveled on his bike. He became famous after his vlog about Ladakh became really popular. In 2014, he even appeared on a reality show called Emotional Atyachar.
In 2017, he decided to make vlogs not just about biking but also about his personal life. He started making videos with his wife and daughter. This made his fans feel closer to him because they got to know his family. He also used his experience as a model to give advice on lifestyle in his videos.
YouTube Channel[edit]
Nikhil had a good life, but it wasn't what he truly wanted. He was inspired to start making videos after seeing people on motorcycles recording themselves. At first, he didn't know where to share his videos because YouTube was not very popular back then. However, when he saw someone else vlogging on YouTube, he decided to try it to add some excitement to his routine and live out his adventure dreams. Nikhil Mumbiker was one of the first Indian vloggers.
On July 3, 2013, he created the "Mumbiker Nikhil" YouTube channel. He started making vlogs, combining his love for motorcycles and travel. His first video about bike information didn't get many views, but he didn't give up. He kept making high-quality videos about his bike trips to different places in India and abroad. Over time, he became famous by sharing unique and well-made videos of his motorcycle journeys.
Nikhil worked really hard and never gave up, and now he's one of India's most famous YouTubers with over 3 million subscribers.[3]
