Nikolay Okoyomov

Nikolay Nikolayevich Okoyomov (21 November 1897- 25 June 1939) was born in a village in the Yakutsk oblast, the area now known as the Sakha Republic in Russia. He was First Secretary of the Communist Party committee of the Yakut A.S.S.R from the 31st of March 1930 to the 4th of July 1930. He was preceded by Nikolay Ivanovich Baryshev and succeeded by Pavel Matveyevich Pevznyak. He died on the 25th of June 1939 of execution at the age of 41.
