Ninian Sumadia is a youth leader on poverty reduction and alleviation. She is currently the Sectoral Representative of Youth and Students on the National Anti-Poverty Commission (NAPC), Office of the President of the Philippines. She is the youngest and the only woman elected to the executive committee of NAPC Basic Sectors. She is one of the signatory to the Magna Carta of the Poor RA 11291 Implementing Rules and Regulations, an act to uplift the lives of the Filipino people and end all forms of poverty.
