Nirdosh Jagota (Ph.D.) is an Indian-American pharmaceutical scientist, biotechnology executive, global regulatory strategist, and author. He is the Managing Partner of GRQ Biotech Advisors, an elite consultancy specializing in international regulatory affairs, clinical compliance, and quality management systems for global life science enterprises. Over a career spanning more than 30 years, Jagota has directed the strategic development, clinical submission, and life-cycle launch of more than 25 New Drug Applications (NDAs), Biologics License Applications (BLAs), and Marketing Authorization Applications (MAAs).
Education
Jagota completed his early technical training at the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi in India, where he obtained both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees. Moving to the United States to specialize in advanced pharmaceutical research, he earned a second Master of Science from the University of Toledo and subsequently achieved a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Georgia.

- Ocugen & Arcturus Therapeutics: Operated as the Senior Vice President of Regulatory and Safety, establishing safety reporting pipelines and corporate regulatory pipelines.
Throughout his industrial executive career, Jagota has overseen cross-functional global research squads and directed operations budgets exceeding $100 million.
GRQ Biotech Advisors
Jagota leveraged his regulatory background to establish GRQ Biotech Advisors as its Managing Partner. The advisory practice counsels emerging biopharmaceutical networks through clinical trial paths, regulatory filings, health authority negotiations, and post-market safety management.
