Nishu Jha(Nepali: निशु झा) is a Nepali Organizer. He is one of the leading beauty pageant organizers and Event Directors of Nepal. He is also the founder and Chairperson of Ribbon Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. Nepal. He is considered a dominant figure in bringing professionalism to the Nepalese beauty pageant industry.[citation needed] He has been involved in different ways in beauty pageants since 2012. He has also been involved in many uncredited charity and donation programmes.
Nishu Jha's first Beauty pageant as organizer was Nepal's Face of The Year and Nepal's Children Of The Year 2014.[1][2] But he gained more success and popularity when his company organized Mrs. Nepal International 2015[3][4][5] The winner of the event was Sabita Lamichhane(सविता लामिछाने).[6][7][8] To date he has organized more than a dozen pageants as organizer and has also been involved as a judge and guest in many pageants organized throughout Nepal[9]

Social work
Nishu Jha has been involved in different Non-government organisations, organizing social awareness-raising programmes such as for the support of victims of the earthquake in privileged areas of Nepal. He is actively involved in social campaigns for the reduction of early child marriage and for the education of Musahar children.[10]

He has been involved in various live events, Broadcasting Channels as promoter, shareholder and Director of the Events. He has also been involved in a social organization named Creative Helpful Service Society since 2011. This organization is set up to help underprivileged and marginalized people of rural areas of Nepal. The organization focuses on education and healthcare.
