While at the S.B.S.S College Niteesh began getting involved in student politics. He joined the ABVP, and a year later was selected as a delegate at its conference in Patna. After completing his post graduation with an M.Sc in Physics from Lalit Narayan Mithila University in Darbhanga, again securing a first class, he moved to Bangalore and joined ffreedom.com as a Relationship manager. with in 6 month he is promoted as a Team Leader. currently Working as a Assistant Manager in sales Team in Ffreedom.com .

Niteesh Sherpuri was born in September 1996, and brought up in the village of Sherpur (near Dalsinghsarai) in Samastipur district, Bihar. The village is part of the Sarairanjan constituency and Ujiyarpur Loksabha, known to be a Land of the Great poet Vidyapati . Sherpuri's father is Satish kumar choudhary. His mother, Poonam devi is a housewife. He has an younger brother, Nilesh, who works in NGO in Dalsinghsarai, Bihar. He is married to Richa Singh in 2021.
