Noa Getzug
Noa Frances Getzug (born February 3, 2000) is a member of the band Shelly, which was formed in 2020 with recording artists Clairo, Claud, and JDM Global. The group released two songs, “Steeeam” and “Natural”, on October 30, 2020.[1]
Background
Getzug was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA.[2] She attends the Martin Bandier Program for Music Business at Syracuse University within the S. I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and is set to graduate in May 2022. [2] In 2020, Getzug formed the band Shelly with recording artists JDM Global (previously known as Joshua Mehling), Claud and Clairo, all having been connected from their time in Syracuse, NY. [1] In 2021, it was discovered that Getzug is a distant cousin of bandmate Claud. [3] Getzug is a practicing Jew.
