Noel Elie
Noël Elie is an American actress best known for her work in Shades of Blue, Dynasty, and Blue Bloods.
Early Life Noël was born in Bradenton, Florida on December 3rd, 1984. Growing up in Greenville, South Carolina, she was inspired by the legacy of Joanne Woodward, Academy-Award winning actress and fellow Greenville native. Noël graduated from Greenville High Academy.
Career Noël moved to NYC and trained with Bob Krakower, Kelly Kimble, and Bob Pais. She played Sasha in Off Madison (2009), Julia Jones in Harlem Knights (2015), and Mona in I Love you...But I Lied (2016). Noël appeared in the following shorts: Pat + Penelope (2016), Apart (2017), Mortal Wounds (2018), and Below the Belt (2018). She was nominated for the Rising Action Star Award for her work in Mortal Wounds. She appears in multiple TV series including: Labeled (2015-2017), Blue Bloods (2017), Shades of Blue (2018), LUCID (2018), and Dynasty (2018).
Noël also worked in the casting department on Labeled (2015-2017), serving as the casting director on three episodes.
