Noli-Fili Building of University Of Manila was named after the famous Novels of Dr. Jose Rizal "Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo". It is where the two novels hidden within the property of the University.

It is a building in University of Manila where International Language Room, Office of the President, Hotel and Restaurant Laboratory, Physics Laboratory, Accountancy and Humanities Class etc., The University Auditorium and The Office of the Guidance Councilor, Review Room, the College of Law Department, Liberal Arts Department and the Student Council Room can be found.

Dr. Jose Rizal was once offered professorship in University of Manila in order to maintain life's stability, but Dr. Jose Rizal hadn't responded to the offer because at that time, he was held in Fort Santiago before his execution.
