Noli-Fili Building of University of Manila was named after the famous novels of Dr. José Rizal "Noli Me Tángere" and "El Filibusterismo". It is where the two novels are hidden within the property of the University.

It is a building in University of Manila where the International Language Room, Office of the President, Hotel and Restaurant Laboratory, Physics Laboratory, Accountancy and Humanities Class, etc., the University Auditorium, the Office of the Guidance Counselor, Review Room, the College of Law Department, Liberal Arts Department, and the Student Council Room can be found.
