Life story
Noosgoi (first name or given name) Batdelger (father's name) was born in 1956 as the second child and eldest daughter of Batdelger in Dund Timurt, Bulgan Sum, Bayan-Olgii province. From 1st to 7th grade, she studied at Bulgan soum school, then transferred to Hovd province in 8th grade and graduated from 8th grade at the 2nd school in the center of the Khovd province. In 1973-1977, she graduated from Arkhangai Province Teacher's School as a primary school teacher. In 1982-1987, she studied at the State Teachers' University and received her higher education as an elementary school teacher and educator.[1] She got married to B. Baatar in 1978 and raised 7 children. During her more than 30 years of working as a teacher, she taught elementary school students 6 times and taught them elementary education. She worked with each student to develop their cognitive and active learning skills and kept them from falling behind in their studies. In 1989, she established a primary school cabinet and won 1st and 2nd place 8 times in the competition for the selection of teachers' skills every year. For 13 years, she was elected as the leader of the Association of Primary School Teaching Methods. She actively participated in public elections such as the youth, trade union, and women's councils, and was elected as the leader. She holds the title of Chief Education Officer of Mongolia, and is a teacher of a group class.

In the academic year 1977-1978, elementary school teacher at Munkhkhairkhan Sum secondary school, Hovd province. In 1979-1984 academic year, elementary school teacher at Ulgii Sum secondary school, Bayan-Olgii province. Primary school teacher in 1984-1988 at Bulgan Sum Middle School, Bayan-Olgii Province. From 1993 to 2007, she worked as a primary school teacher at Bulgan Sum Secondary School in Bayan-Olgii province, and worked in the educational institution for a total of 31 years.

She was interested in playing chess and was a 4-time champion of the Soum Women's Chess Championship, participated 10 times in Junior Olympiad and Provincial Women's Chess Championship, and won 3 times placing from 1st to 3rd place. She sewed and embroidered various clothes, quilted and embroidered fabrics, upholstery, blankets, shawls, and belts.
