The North Carolina Folk Festival is an annual event celebrating the folk heritage and cultural traditions represented by the state's diverse residents. The festival, held in Greensboro, North Carolina, is a legacy event created after the National Folk Festival's three year residency in Greensboro from 2015-2017.[1]
