The North Luzon West Expressway is a 4-lane, 238.5-kilometer, limited-access toll expressway that is under construction on the island of Luzon in the Philippines. The construction involves three stages. NLWE segment 1 is the only operational segment of this expressway which is Subic–Clark–Tarlac Expressway. The NLWE segment 2 called the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway was opened on October 31, 2013 but only to Binalonan, Pangasinan.

The first leg of the expressway will begin in Hermosa in Bataan and from there it is called as "Subic–Clark–Tarlac Expressway" and was developed by the joint-venture of First Philippine Infrastructure Development Corporation, Tollways Management Corporation and Egis Projects. The second leg of the expressway will begin in La Paz in Tarlac and from there it is called as "Tarlac–Pangasinan–La Union Expressway" and will be developed by Private Infra Development Corporation (PIDC). The Section 1-A from Tarlac City to Gerona, Tarlac is already open to traffic last October 31, 2013 with free tolls.

The project is under "Public-Private Partnership Program" of President Rodrigo Duterte, but was begun under the term of their predecessors, Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and Benigno Aquino III.
