North Villa is an unincorporated community in Carroll County, Georgia & Paulding County. The community is located along Dallas Highway SR 61 & SR 101 Rockmart Road, directly north of Villa Rica. North Villa encompasses many Villa Rica's northern unincorporated subdivisions such as Amidon Estates.[1] & Wesley Mill[2] . This community receives mail under the Villa Rica, GA post office with ZIP code 30180. Some locals also refer to North Villa as Paulding-Carroll[3]. The Georgian[4] in Paulding County is a master planned community within North Villa, surrounding a golf course and other amenities. The community also nears the unincorporated community of New Georgia, GA[5]
