Northstar College (NC) is a private college located in Hargeisa, the capital of Somaliland. The institution was founded in 2017. It has over 200 students in its English language programs, delivered through face-to-face, blended and online learning formats. The college operates year-round with 6 terms per year.
Campus[edit]
The main college campus is located on the Main Street in Sha'ab Neighborhood, Hargeisa, the capital of Somaliland. It is situated in the center of the city, across from Alpha University, next to Saba Restaurant.
Partnerships[edit]
NC is partnered with UAE-based educational consultancy firm, Ednastics[1]
Northstar College has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Hargeisa to provide English training to students and TESL training to instructors and professors at the university.[2]

History and background[edit]
Groundwork for the foundation of Northstar College began in January, 2017 by members of Ednastics and Transparency Solutions.
The college was opened in May, 2017, offering English courses for adults and youth.
