Northumbria Helicopters Ltd are a British CAA-approved Commercial Charter Company (AOC Operator GB2257), Flight Training and Type Rating Training Organisation. They offer Commercial Helicopter Charter, Training from Private Pilots Licence (PPL) up to Commercial Pilots Licence (CPL), and also Type Rating Training on Cabri G2, Robinson R44 and Bell 206 helicopters. They also have an in-house Flight Examiner (FE).

They are based at Newcastle Airport, Tyne and Wear and were acquired by Adventure 001 Ltd in 2017.

The company owns/leases and operates the following helicopters:

- 1 × Cabri G2 (G-CHAG)

- 3 × Robinson R44 (G-STUY, G-CCYG, G-HWKS)

- 7 x Bell 206 (G-XXIV, G-ONTV, G-XBOX, G-BYBI, G-BXAY, G-DOFY, G-JETX)

- 3 x Bell 206L (G-LONE, G-VVBO, G-PTOO)

Northumbria Helicopters are the UK's only true national helicopter operator with bases and flying locations in every region.
