Nova Firoze (Bengali: নোভা ফিরোজ) (born February 18, 1989) is a Bangladeshi actress, model and presenter. [1] [2]She became known as the champion of the 2006 You Got the Look competition. [3][4] She started her media career after winning the Best Smile Award in the Pantene You Got The Look 2008 contest.
Early life[edit]
Nova was born in Nawabganj Upazila, Dhaka district. She graduated from the London School of Commerce (LSC). Her modeling career began in 2005 with an advertisement for 'Pran Dal'.[5]
Acting life[edit]
Nova Firoz started her acting career with the drama 'Prem o Ghamer Golpo' directed by producer Animesh Aich.[6] Also among her notable plays are 'Pushpa Tomar Apekshaya', 'Nashta Sukh', 'Samudre Chandragrahan'. In addition to more than 50 dramas, she has acted in several telefilms, most notably 'Nivrit Nirjan', scripted and directed by Jahrul Islam. In addition to acting, she is popular as a model in regular TV commercials and presenter of various shows. [7]
Personal life[edit]
Nova married playwright, producer and photographer Raihan Khan in 2011. The couple's son Rafaz Raihan was born in 2013. Nova and Raihan divorced in 2016. [8]
