History

OPTEL was founded by Louis Roy in 1989 after graduating in electrical engineering and physics with a vision to build a sustainable future.[3] Headquartered in Canada, OPTEL Group has expanded its facilities in the United States, Ireland, Brazil and India, with employees scattered worldwide.[4]

With more than 30 years of experience, the organization has earned recognition in the field of vision inspection and traceability. Under the leadership of Louis Roy, the group has successfully increased its global impact.[3]
